Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. After this 14-day period, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@globalvextraai.com from the same email address used to register your account. Please include your account email and the approximate date of your subscription purchase. We may ask follow-up questions to verify your identity before processing the request.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be issued. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

Discretion
